Orders and Processing Time

We process and ship orders from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday). 

Shipping Rates and Options

We offer the following shipping rates and options for our customers:

Australia:

  • All orders over $90 are eligible for free standard shipping.
  • Orders under $90 have a flat shipping rate of $5.
  • Express shipping is a flat rate of $10.

Worldwide:

  • All international orders over $140 are eligible for free standard shipping.
  • International orders under $140 have a flat shipping rate of between $15 to $35.

Delivery Time The delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method you select and your location. Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 2-5 business days, while express shipping usually takes 1-2 business days. International shipping may take longer, depending on the destination country.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive automated tracking information via Auspost in your email. You can use this information to track your order and estimate the delivery time.

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to COVID-19, customs inspections, or other factors outside of our control. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays and provide updates on the status of your order.
